Awesome feedback from the MOB...

Recenly (11/11/2006) I photographed the wedding of Megan and Mike at the newly renovated First Baptist Church of Tulsa. The wedding was awesome and I really appreciated the comments from the Mother of the Bride (MOB), Jan.

"Hey Jesse, Your photography captured such a special time. Of all the services we had to choose prior to the BIG DAY, your's was the only one in which there was absolutely nothing we would do differently. From the MOB, thanks so much. There are so many moments I never would have seen without your superb eye.
Jan "

Thanks for taking the time to comment Jan. I means a lot to me that you are not only happy but that I was able to give you insight in to parts of the day you would have otherwised missed. Congratulations on a beautiful wedding and the addition of your new Son-in-law...

Matt the guitar player...

After I finished with Sarah, I meet up with Matt. Now this is one talented guy. During the session, I told Matt to just forget about me and play his guitar, that was a real treat for me. His talent really showed...

Sarah the senior...

I'm down in Louisiana for the Thanksgiving holiday, but that doesn't mean I'm not working. Yesterday I spent some time with Sarah and her mom creating her senior portraits. It's always fun to work in my home town. I grew up there and know it like the back of my hand.

Being home opens my eyes to all of the great locations that exist in small town America that I know the local photographers don't see. That's good news for me!!!

It was a fun day and Sarah is a beautiful girl.

Here's a graduation announcement I designed for her...

Tulsa Photobooth website updated...

Along with everything happening at the business, I have been able to find time to get the Tulsa Photo Booth website updated with both the comments from some of our customers as well as all of the recent events online. It did take some time, but I want people who are interested in renting a real photo booth to have plenty to look at.

It has been confirmed that the photobooth is the center of every party. Each event is filled with tons of pictures showing a thrilling time by all who stepped in for a try.

I'm also super excited to announce that Tulsaphotobooth.com will be adding a "Classic" photobooth to our rental options. Now it will only be classic in the photo booth look, as it will be the same digital internals. The classic will cost more to rent due to the size, but for those who want classic, Tulsaphotobooth.com will be able to offer it.

As with everything, each booth is custom built and I'm big on details, so expect to see the booth sometime after January. If you would like to rent a photo booth for your next event in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Little Rock, or anywhere in the region, take some time and visit www.TulsaPhotobooth.com and lean all about it.

I promise the Tulsa Photo Booth will be the life of your party!

Updated ad for Tulsa Photo Booth...

I'm super pleased to annouce that Tulsa Photo Booth is doing very well. I have 6 events to get online from the past few weeks and next year promises to be even better. Thanks to the feed back of many great friends and clients, I have prepared an Ad that will be seen aournd Tulsa to help everyone get an idea of what the booth looks like as well as see some of the images it prints.

Don't forget the booth has been approved for use in some of Tulsa most restictive venues thanks to it unique design that allows for easy setup and very limited resource consumption. Add that to it's lighting fast speed (under 60 seconds) it is perfect for all type of events.

A little something different, Deborah & Bryan

I was excited about the possibility of shooting Deborah and Bryan's wedding when we originally meet. They have a very contemporary vision and it works perfectly with the goal I have for my photography.

They will be married early next year and we recently took some time to shoot their engagement images. During our consultation, we discussed how we could be different. It worked, and the images are some of the best I've ever created. I'm sorry to say their online gallery is locked, so if you want to see the complete gallery, you'll need to ask them for the password.

Thanks for letting me be a part of your wedding, I can't wait to see what we'll do next!

Jeremy's Senior Pictures...

I was recently contacted about a very special senior shoot. The discussion reviewed the need to make the images "real" and include the natural location look and feel. This was exciting as it fits perfectly with my desired style of photography.

Well it was a great time. Jeremy is a very serious guy, but I was able to get him to relax and enjoy himself. I'm very pleased with the images. Have a great year Jeremy and enjoy your last days in High School, they go quick!

Megan's bridals

I've said it before and I'll say it again, I love and hate bridals.... I love them because they are so beautiful and perfect for my awesome brides. I hate them because I can't show them off for several months. I try to shoot bridals 2-3 months before the wedding. This is great for my clients as they have time to make any alterations to the dress before the wedding day, but it's bad for me because I can't show their super sweet images to anyone until after the day in fear the groom might see them somewhere.

Well at last Megan and Mike are married and I can finally show off her bridal images. This girl ROCKED! From her head to her shoes, everything was PERFECT. I was super honored to be her wedding photographer and was in awe when I got to the reception and saw her HUGE bridal print framed and on display.

I'll admit, I had to stop and admire the image for a minute because it just shined.

Congratulations Megan and Mike!!

Well Saturday was a great day. I was proud to spend the evening with Megan and Mike as they were married at First Baptist Church in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma. The day was beautiful thanks to a gorgeous bride and a very handsome groom.

The church has been renovated to include a center isle and talk about beauty. It is NICE. If you visit my studio you can see a beautiful framed print from their wedding showing the cool blue lighted semi-dome.

Anyway, congratulations to Megan and Mike on an awesome wedding. I home you had a great honeymoon.

Ashleigh, a Broken Arrow Senior

Ashleigh and her family came to me looking for something different. We talked about their desire for senior portraits and my style. It's very important they both agree with each other. I've been known to turn down clients because they like my work, but after talking, my style doesn't really go with their ideas.

Well Ashleigh and I meshed well and we set out to have some fun. From all accounts, they are very pleased. In fact the email said, "WOW!!! These are GREAT! ". I took that as a good response.
